28" Patriotic Sprinkles Cupcake Spray- This spray has two cupcakes and playful glittery grasses capped with foam stars. The cupcakes are cut from polyfoam - one with blue and white glittered stripes and one with red and white glittered stripes. Both are layered with white "icing" and patriotic red, white and blue sprinkles. Glittery, 3D foam stars serve as the cherries on top.
